So, hello. Yup. The libraries were closed yesterday, so I am e-mailing today.
How has everyone been? These have been the hardest three weeks so far in my mission. But they've taught me so much. I'll send a letter...hopefully...that explains what's going on here in Olalla. It's a hard though, knowing that these tough weeks will be nothing compared to what's going to go on in the rest of my mission. But the Lord provides a way. I can testify to that. We had some really cool and irritating things happen here, so, you'll hear in my letter. I don't want to give all the details here and have nothing to say in the hand-written letter.
Alyssa is going to a concert? I'm glad she's going to a concert...but Bruno Mars...Oh, what a waste. Why not something that is actually fun to go to. Oooh, burn. But that's great. She'll love it! And nail school. What the freak. Soon she's gonna be graduated and all that crap. Mom, I've been gone for four months and the world is already coming to end. All those dang natural disasters (Don't worry about me. God will protect me). And now Alyssa is freakin' dating and all that crap...not like that stopped her before. JK. Wow! Wish her good luck at school for me!
If you can somehow, maybe sort of, get a video of Issac crawling, that'd be great. I mean, I can picture it, but I totally want to see him in action! Hah, ha, ha. I bet it's hilariously adorable. I hope you had a good Memorial Day. Ours was great. We hung out with our bishop all day. He's a cool guy. I'm so excited that Cody is in the MTC! Man, I was the first of my friends to leave...Nate will be the last. Wow, that's a weird thought. I'm gonna get home and none of my friends will be home. It's a good thing that I'll go straight to college or else I might have killed myself in the future. Video games are only slightly less appealing than they used to, and after two years of constantly moving...It'll be hard to just switch over to just sitting, staring at a computer screen and clicking the mouse. But I'll still play them. You can count on that! I congratulate Aaron for going back onto a mission. That shows commitment. And if he hadn't done this...who knows were he could have ended up!
Well, look forward to a letter. I'll write it tonight. I totally forgot yesterday, and I promised to write you EVERY WEEK! So, I will! Except on transfer week. That's just how the cookie crumbles. Anyways, it was good to hear from you! I love you all. Hugs and handshakes to you all!
Elder Courtney Casselman
