Another letter

Dear Mother and Father,

So, this has been a long three weeks. Olalla is a tough area because no one is home during the afternoon and morning. We just don't have a lot to do. But the ward is great and we will baptize this transfer.

I've been having a tough time with obedience. Elder Brown, as much as I love the guy, is lazy, negative and disobedient. That give me less reason. But I'm working on repenting and doing the basics: waking up at 6:30 rather than 6:35, reading the scriptures during personal study...at my desk. Stuff like that.

We have six investigators. The Wilson's, our five-piece family, and Rick Johnson, our non-member husband. The Wilson kids, Tianna, Stetson and Jessie, are so close to being put on date. The mom, Yolanda, is considering it, and sort of, kind of, wants to quite smoking and drinking coffee, and the dad, Greg, is no where near baptism. Rick has been coming to church for over 20 years, and he's finally wanting to get baptized!

So, we've been teaching them and it's been going great!

Sorry this letter is so short. I'm busy and forgot to write on P-day, so I'm writing it in the evening of some random day, now that I have free time.

Well, I love you all! SO MUCH! Good luck with life! Hugs and handshakes,

Elder Courtney Casselman
