I've been doing great! We fasted yesterday (because the zone has not done well) and we met an eight piece family. They're black and actually, the wife and oldest son are interested. They're all over the age of eight, and are very nice! We also tracted into a very kind couple who want to come out on a church tour.
We had a strange semi-miracle. He's a 77 year old. I don't think he retains much, but he wants to be baptized. His date is set for the 17th but there are two problems. First is his wife. We have never met her and she doesn't know he's been taking lessons from Mormons. We will meet her tonight, so we'll see how that goes over.
The second problem is that his daughter is a sandbag (someone who's been baptized but not confirmed).
We also got a referral from the Spanish missionaries, Alex Pleski. He's a divorced musician who wants to sell a song he wrote 25 years ago. He came to church but I can't see him going anywhere, but Greenie-faith can be used for all good!
Conference rocked! I loved Elder Gibson's and Elder Scott's talks. They were the two that hit me the hardest! But of course, the ones I didn't fall asleep during were all amazing! I took great notes and everything!
Well, it sounds like everything is going swimmingly at home. Thanks for the update. Love you all. Hugs and handshakes to you all!
With love,
Elder Casselman
